New Items – 14-Day Return Window
You may return new items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

General Terms:

  • Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • The item should show no signs of use or damage.

Return Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described or is defective.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in 3 working days . The refund will cover the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees incurred during the initial shipment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
